6. Pay the visa application fee
7. Letter of guarantee from the guarantor, except for tourist visits
8. Proof of having living expenses while in Indonesia
9. Have a return ticket or onward ticket to continue traveling to another country

Multiple entry business visit visa requirements are:

1. Original passport with a validity period of 18 months and above
2. Copy of passport identity page
3. Copy of identity card front and back
4. Photo pass size 4X6 with white background, as many as two sheets
5. Telex D212 or special permission from the Directorate General of Immigration-Jakarta
6. Pay the visa application fee
