Legal Basis for SNI Certification

Basically, the government has regulated SNI Registration by issuing several regulations, namely:

• Government Regulation No. 102 Year 2000, concerning National Standardization. Then this PP was revoked with;
• Government Regulation Number 34 of 2018, concerning the National Standardization and Conformity Assessment System.
