Kinds Of API varieties

 The API described in Article 2 includes: 

  1. General Programming interface (Programming interface U)

 The referred-to API-U is only granted to businesses that import particular goods for trading purposes. Programming interface U is an import ID number for bringing in organizations whose import materials are remembered for the overall class. 

  1. API for manufacturing (API-P) 

Companies that import goods for their own use as capital goods, raw materials, auxiliary materials, and/or materials to support the production process are the only ones eligible for the API-P designation. 

For factory/manufacturer companies that import company production machines, an import identification number known as API-P is required.

 It is against the law to exchange or transfer the imported goods to other parties. The imported goods can be transferred to another party if they are granted import duty exemption facilities and have been used by the company for at least two years from the date of import customs notification.
